Congratulations to 23 year old Paige Donovan for winning your first LIGBT title at AMF E. Meadow on Sunday. Paige won the $1,000 top prize by defeating Joe Weis 253-241. While Joe earned $500 for 2nd, finishing in 3rd with a 235 was Doug Roszkowski earning $300. Rounding out the top 4 was birthday boy Joe Scianna with a 181 worth $250.

LIGBT’s first sport shot event of Season 18 attracted a nice field of 74 entries and paid out a $3,700 prize fund to 20 cashers. Scores on the “Broadway pattern” were low as it took a 634 to cash in the noon squad and 655 in the 2pm squad. High series of the day was shot by Doug Roszkowski with a 772 in the 2pm squad. Eddie Eng won the wildcard with a 1,285 six game block. Two super seniors made the finals; Rich Hengel (746) and Calvin Nottingham (678.)

Congratulations to all of the cashers and thanks to everyone that participated on Sunday. Next up for the LIGBT is a Senior Handicap Tournament this Sunday, October 26th at AMF E. Meadow (noon start.) Have a great week and we hope to see you soon at an LIGBT tournament.
