Congratulations to LIGBT’s newest doubles champions; Eddie Legree and Sharon Harper. This was their first LIGBT title and it was worth $2,000. While the winning team shot a 2,169 series, finishing in 2^nd with a 2,160 series was the team of Nick Falsetta and Joe LaBargo earning $1,000. Rounding out the top 3 was the team of Isaiah Zamor and Nick Falsetta with a 2,127 total worth $800.

The July doubles event drew another huge crowd of 137 teams and paid out a $10,600 prize fund to the top 25 teams. The side action added another $9,905 bringing the day’s total payout to $20,505. The cut score to cash on the house shot was 1,980. Zack Gifford and Jerome Brantley won the Brunswick ball and Turbo triple roller raffle. The optional singles event was won by David Ehrlich with a 1,094 series worth $250.

The LIGBT is running a 4-game modified house shot event this coming Sunday, August 3^rd (noon start) at AMF Garden City. Top prizes are guaranteed to pay $1,000 & $500 with 1 in 4 cashing in each of the 3-divisions (scratch, 49 & under handicap and 50+ handicap.)
