WIN DOUBLES TITLE AT WANTAGH

Congratulations to our latest doubles champions Chris Russo and Zach Solomon for shooting a 1,949 and earning the $2,000 top prize. This was Chris and Zach’s first LIGBT titles. Finishing in 2^nd place was Chris Russo again but with a different partner; Tony Correnti. Their total was 1,912 worth $1,000. Rounding out the top 3 was the team of Ray Tang and Michael Yu with a 1,909 series worth $600.

The Ultimate Handicap Doubles event at AMF Wantagh drew an amazing field of 96 teams and paid out a 16-team prize list totaling $7,850. The side action was also huge and generated an additional $6,025 which brought the days total payout to $14,055. It took an 1,844 total to cash in the prize fund.

Congratulations to all of the teams that cashed and thanks to everyone that participated at AMF Wantagh. A special welcome to the 25 new members competing in their first LIGBT event. The LIGBT is off next weekend and returns with Sport Shot Series #8 at AMF Garden City on FRIDAY NIGHT (8pm start), May 10^th. This is a special 1-squad (4-games) DROP YOUR LOW GAME tournament featuring 2 separate age divisions. Have a great week and we look forward to seeing you at a future LIGBT event.
