DOUBLES CHAMPIONS!
 

Congratulations to our latest Doubles Champions; Charlie Rembert and Brandon Hughes. Their winning score of 2,029, worth $2,000, was just 1 pin ahead of 2^nd place finishers Edgar Liranzo & Delsaun Samuel, who earned $1,100 with their 2,028 total. Charlie Rembert also grabbed 3^rd place money ($800) with one of his additional partners, Alex Greaves, shooting a 1,996 series. 
 

The Singles Champion was Delsaun Samuel with a 1,033 four-game total worth $250. Finishing 2^nd in the optional singles was Maniram Basdeo with a 1,022 total worth $150. Rounding out the top 3 was Brandon Hughes with a 1,019 total worth $100. It took a 930 series to cash in the singles event.

 

The Sunday Doubles event at AMF E. Meadow drew an amazing field of 130 teams and paid out $11,230 to the top 23 teams. Low to cash on the "Wall Street" pattern was 1,893, which was 122 pins lower than our "House Shot" cashing score at the last doubles event. Total payout for the day, including side action and singles prize fund, was $21,705.
